Conversation over lunch
Lore Robinson: You are the only Yavneh teacher who is still alive. May I congratulate you?
Adrian Stellmacher: Did you have a big celebration for your birthday? Did you celebrate here at home? Dr Feodore Kahn: Well, I have a son and a daughter, the son in Holland, the daughter in New York. And they arranged that in...do you know about Hampstead?
L.R: A lovely suburb, an old house.
Dr Kahn: An old house that could be hired for occasions like this and parties. And that’s where they organised it.
L.R: They did a wonderful job. How many people were there?
Dr Kahn: About 100 perhaps, or 70.
