Just imagine having memories like these ones

   I can show off about my age because I can still remember the outbreak of the First World War. I was standing there with my mother and another lady from the neighbourhood and soldiers were going past the house. That was in Trier and it was then my mother said, “Feo, we are at war now.” I was a toddler, a small child, wasn’t I? In 1914 I was five years old. Just imagine having memories like these.
