Back from school we had fights
Life became much more difficult because there were many restrictions. Near Abraham-Frank-Haus was the Stadtwald, where we often went. Eventually we were not allowed to go to the Stadtwald. I couldn't go swimming any more, everything was restricted, it was not a very nice time.
And we were very often attacked by other schoolchildren, so we had to defend ourselves, that was not very pleasant. Most of the children to the Jawne, they went by tram so they were lucky, but we had to walk and so often on our way to school and back from school we had fights. All ran away, we could not know how strong the other side was.
