There are always little stories
There was something else going through my mind which I wanted to tell. As I said, there are always little stories, aren’t they? I once wrote a poem about Dr Seligsohn which made me rather unpopular. I wasn’t particularly popular when I was a little boy. As my aunt said to me, “Ernst, you are a silly little snotty brat.” Seligson was our Latin teacher, married, no children, our Latin teacher at the Yavneh, and he had such a strange sense of humour.
